Customer Success Management Trainee

Responsibilities :

  • To do essential service work (include basic training, project guidance, remote technical support and etc.).
  • To be responsible for annual revenues in terms of service scope of work.
  • To assist for product management (including product requirement collection, new version testing, FAQ collection and any other product related matters).
  • To follow up company's service policy to implement service work and maintain customer relationship.
  • Responsible for improving software usage rate, renewal rate and service satisfaction indicators.
  • Assist to develop benchmark users, case project collections and methodology summary.
  • To update and maintain all the CS relevant data timely and completely.
  • To do some other ad-hoc special tasks when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent, fresh graduate are welcomed
  • Preferred Skill(s): BIM expertise, digital construction, Cubicost
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic: Team oriented, independent, fast learner, highly energetic, and result-oriented
