Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations and development of the Company's Finance Department which include Accounts, Purchasing, Credit Control, Information Technology (IT) and Administrative Division.

  • Review & implement policies & procedures to ensure proper internal control and accountability.

  • Supervise, review or prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

  • Prepare annual budget and monitor the variances between the actual achievement and the budgeted amount.

  • To conduct regular Profit & Loss Meeting.

  • To liaise with bankers, trustees, auditors, tax agent, insurance and all other statutory bodies.

  • To manage cash flow which include tracking cash inflows and outflows, prepare cash flow forecast, managing receivables, payables and working capital to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet all financial obligations.

  • Prepare or review tax computation and familiar with the tax calendar.

  • Monitoring and enforcing compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
  • Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the Company's financial position.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

  • Experience in recreational club or hospitality industry and IFCA accounting software are added advantages.

  • Diploma/degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.

  • Good communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
