Target Audience:
- Fresh graduate who is going to graduate or has graduated in year 2025.
Job Descriptions
Responsible to assist Project Manager in a project financial operation management of a major sales and delivery of ICT projects.
Responsible to prepare project based budget according to Company's standard and original bidding estimation, ensuring all products and services covered by contract scopes are reflected in project budget.
Produce monthly financial forecast and analysis to monitor budget variance, produce budget baseline and monitor the execution, ensure consistency between operation result, budget expectation and achievement of the project's predetermined financial KPIs.
Support controllable cost reduction to improve project profitability.
Liaise closely with the business team (including sales, delivery, procurement and collection team) to monitor the sale and delivery process, to ensure proper project delivery and documentation for payment, sale invoicing and collection purposes.
Ensure project delivery operation complies with Company's financial management and internal control regulations.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a degree in Accounting / Finance or any equivalent background.
- Familiar with accounting standards, taxation and project finance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, managerial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Fast learner and a good team player.
- Willing to be relocated or assigned overseas.
*Position is offered by Huawei or Huawei's Service Provider.
