Job description:

  • Assist the Team Leader and Job Captain in the civil and structural analysis and detailed design.
  • Prepare sketches for draughters' drawings production.
  • Carry out and check design calculations.
  • Attend meetings and carry out design coordination with clients, consultants, authorities and contractors.
  • Offer suggestions to improve work efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with project Design Criteria/ Client Brief/ Approved Concept/ relevant design standards and office standards.
  • Ensure compliance with project constraints and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as Structural Engineering consultant
  • Proven experience or strong familiarity with computer aided design and 3D modelling software such as Civil 3D, REVIT, SAP, SAFE, ETABS and MIDAS Gen.
  • Demonstrated ability and strong interest in working with visual programming tools (Dynamo, Grasshopper) and scripting languages (Python) will be an added advantage
  • Ability to handle projects independently with minimum supervision
  • Fluent in English and BM with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good working attitude

  • Working location: Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur (walking distance from monorail & MRT stations)
  • Full-time (Monday to Friday)
