Roles

  • To provide administration support
  • Manage filing systems, maintain project records, and handle documentation
  • To assist in preparing purchase orders, quotations, and delivery follow-ups
  • To maintain communication with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
  • To support with safety documentation, permits, and inspection records
  • To maintain general clerical duties
  • To assist in ad-hoc assignment by the Management

Requirements

· Candidates must possess at least SPM / Diploma and above in any fields

· Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point.

· Preferable female candidates

· Able to converse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.

· At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field

· Responsible, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills

· Familiarity with construction documents and basic procurement processes is an advantage
