JOB DESCRIPTION: -

  1. Manage customer accounts, diligently monitoring and following up on payment and overdue.
  2. Collaborate with team members to facilitate the delivery of effective billing services and follow-up to all customers
  3. Ensure accuracy of invoice pricing and timely issuance of invoices
  4. Solve disputes and billing issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  5. Responsible for the collection and to achieve departmental collection targets.
  6. Review AR aging reports and take necessary action to minimise the risks
  7. Check and verify inter division/department billing
  8. Ensure tax compliance in relation to custom and SST.
  9. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on timely manner
  10. Coordinate and assist in financial audit
  11. Liaise with auditors and government bodies
  12. Lead, guide and motivate the team under direct supervision to ensure the smooth running of daily accounting operations and timely month-end closing.
  13. Continuous improvement and implementation of process, policies and internal control, relation to accounting and reporting as well as overall business flow.
  14. Act as a back-up role for the team/Finance Manager as and when required.
  15. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS: -

Degree / Diploma in Accounting/ Finance

At least 5 years of working experience, especially in accounts receivable, billings, collections, and credit control.

Familiar with Custom regulation and SST will be advantages

Familiarity with ERP systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Good written and communication skills
