Job Description

Key Responsibilities


• Drive successful delivery of Data Enablement projects aligned with Novartis standards and timelines.


• Ensure strict adherence to project governance, budget policies, and compliance frameworks.


• Champion high-quality data engineering practices across global teams and initiatives.


• Implement robust security and compliance measures in all solution delivery activities.


• Foster adoption of Agile, Productization, and DevOps practices to accelerate innovation.


• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and deliver impactful technology solutions.


• Monitor KPIs and ensure measurable business impact through scalable technology deployments.

Essential Requirements


• Proven experience delivering complex data projects in a global, matrixed organization.


• Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across regions.


• Expertise in project management, budget control, and risk mitigation.


• Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams and driving operational excellence.


• Solid technical knowledge of data design and engineering principles.


• Exceptional problem-solving skills combined with strategic business acumen.

Desirable Requirements


• Hands-on experience in fast-paced Agile software development environments.


• Professional certifications in data or technology domains and a consulting-oriented mindset.
