Job Summary

We're looking for someone who's passionate about the world of
medical aesthetics
— someone who enjoys connecting with people, sharing knowledge, and driving real business growth. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our brand and medical aesthetic professionals, helping them understand the science and value behind our products.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Grow the business:
    Execute sales and marketing strategies that help you achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build connections:
    Develop lasting relationships with aesthetic professionals to strengthen our client network.
  • Share knowledge:
    Deliver clear, engaging product presentations that build confidence and curiosity.
  • Stay informed:
    Keep up with market trends and competitor activities so we're always ahead.
  • Discover opportunities:
    Identify and develop new business leads with Key Opinion Leaders in the aesthetic field.
  • Collaborate and align:
    Participate in company briefings and share insights to keep goals in focus.
  • Show up and represent:
    Attend industry workshops, seminars, and events to build your network and raise brand awareness.
  • Support clients:
    Respond to needs and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Plan with purpose:
    Manage your weekly schedule and performance reviews alongside the Senior Sales Manager.
  • Work with integrity:
    Follow company policies and uphold professional and ethical standards in everything you do.

What We're Looking For

Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Biology, Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with aesthetic medicine or skincare science would be an advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with people at all levels.
  • Confidence and persuasion when engaging professionals.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with strong follow-through.
  • Solid business awareness and analytical thinking.
  • Independent, results-oriented, and motivated by challenges.

Experience

  • At least one year of experience working with medical aesthetic professionals or within the aesthetic industry is preferred.
