Be ready for your challenges:
- Chat, call and email customers in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia — basically being their go-to person.
- Help customers understand export and import requirements for different destinations.
- Spot shipments that need extra care and flag them to the right team.
- Listen, understand, and clearly explain customer issues or requests.
- Keep things organized by updating customer cases in our CRM system.
- Support the team with other tasks as needed — teamwork makes the dream work
What we're looking for:
- Minimum SPM qualification in any field
- 1 year of experience in a similar role is great, but fresh grads are welcome too.
- Comfortable using a CRM system (or excited to learn).
- Friendly, confident, and good at talking to people — you enjoy helping others.
- Decent skills in Microsoft Office.
- Typing speed of 50 WPM or above (you're quick on the keyboard)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
- Open to shift work — flexibility is key.
