Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, preferably in the context of industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in using electrical design and drafting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or related certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare electrical design drawings, layouts, and specifications.
  • Conduct load calculations, equipment sizing, and system design.
  • Review documentation from suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
  • Prepare technical reports and provide engineering support.
  • Ensure electrical systems comply with local standards and regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
  • Implement corrective actions to address issues and ensure system reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coordination.
  • Monitor progress against engineering schedules.
  • Approve technical instructions and drawings.
  • Resolve technical issues and recommend improvements.
