What you'll be doing?
  • Design Development: Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to create M&E system designs that meet project requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Resolve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions during the construction phase, ensuring project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design standards, local codes, and design intent, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with authorities and project teams to ensure smooth project operations and foster positive working relationships.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field, bringing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Experience Level: Individuals with at least one year of experience in a similar M&E Engineering role are preferred, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction and project management is advantageous, but not required.
  • Essential Skills: Excellent project management, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin is beneficial for effective communication with diverse project stakeholders.
