Position: Electrical Engineer (Non-standard Automation Direction)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer who specializes in the electrical control and system integration of non-standard automation equipment. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in PLC programming, be familiar with industrial robots and machine vision systems, be capable of independently completing the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of equipment, and provide timely technical support and training to customers.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for the electrical design, PLC program writing and system debugging of non-standard automated equipment.

Cooperate with mechanical engineers to complete the equipment installation, wiring and overall system integration testing, ensuring the project is delivered on time.

Possessing strong capabilities in fault diagnosis and handling, being able to respond promptly and solve various electrical and automation issues that arise during the production process of the equipment.

Conduct relevant tests during the equipment acceptance stage (such as SAT, PQ, etc.) to ensure that the equipment performance complies with the customer's specifications.

Collaborate with the client's technical team and be responsible for providing training on equipment operation, maintenance, and basic programming to the client's engineers or operators.

Be proficient in reading mechanical drawings (2D/3D), understand mechanical structures, and collaborate effectively with the mechanical team to complete system optimization.

Job Requirements:

Professional backgrounds in areas such as mechatronics, electrical engineering and automation, mechanical design and manufacturing, and automation technology.

Have more than 2 years of experience in electrical debugging and integration of non-standard automation equipment, and be familiar with the application of industrial robots and vision systems.

Proficient in programming and debugging of mainstream PLC brands (such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.).

Be capable of independently analyzing and resolving all kinds of electrical and control issues that arise during the operation of the equipment.

Have excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to adapt to certain business trips and on-site work with clients.

Have basic ability to interpret mechanical drawings. Those who are familiar with common mechanical transmission and pneumatic components will be given priority.
