What is your mission?


• To be the first point of contact to business owners, introducing them to exciting opportunities for increasing

their business visibility through online marketing


• Manage business inquiries by via phone, e-mail and/or live chat


• Provide outstanding service and support to client's advertisers, publishers and users


• Provide strategic advice and help solve issues by working closely in a consultative role with your client

portfolio


• Implement creative ways to improve client relationships and promote other products.


• Provides feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer

experience


• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time,

within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance

and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience in inside/field sales as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Sales Representative, with strong exposure to cloud solutions (preferably Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Cloud architecture certification from any major provider is an added advantage (e.g. AWS Architect, Azure Architect, Microsoft Cloud Associate/Specialist).
  • Solid understanding of Cloud Computing model include Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
