About the role

Pioneer Flow Control Sdn Bhd is hiring an Indoor Sales Executive to join our team in Setia Tropika. This full-time role focuses on providing excellent customer service and preparing accurate sales proposals and quotations that meet customer needs and industry standards.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities – Indoor Sales Executive

Main Job Scope

Quotation Preparation

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer inquiries and specifications
  • Ensure all pricing, product details, and terms are aligned with company standards
  • Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and respond to related queries

Customer Communication

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability
  • Provide technical or product-related guidance where applicable
  • Maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients

Minor Job Scope

Sales Coordination & Order Processing

  • Support the sales team in coordinating order confirmations and change requests
  • Process orders using the Bukku system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Update internal systems with order and delivery status

Shipment & Delivery Support

  • Assist in obtaining freight quotations and arranging delivery schedules
  • Provide customers with updates on shipment status and delivery timelines

Documentation

  • Set up and maintain customer accounts
  • Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready

What we're looking for

  • With experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the industrial/engineering equipment industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • A team player with a positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Salary package will be commensurate with your experience
