Job Description

  • Greet walk-in customers and assist with inquiries
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and social media messages
  • Maintain customer service records and follow up on cases
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Update customers on order status, service appointments, or delivery timelines
  • Assist in customer satisfaction surveys and compile feedback reports
  • Support marketing or showroom events and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Prepare basic administrative documentation related to customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM systems
