CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (CX) MANAGER / EXECUTIVE
GSPARX Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Scope of Work:
Development & Execution of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Appreciation Initiatives, Customer Loyalty Program, Customer Journey Enhancement, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) & Interdepartmental Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
We're Looking For:
- Graduate in Business/Marketing/Relation or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences (Manager Position).
- Strong interpersonal skills and fluent in Malay & English.
- Similar/relevant work experiences is preferred.
- Familiarity with psychology and behavioral sciences is an advantage.
