We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Clinic Assistant to join our team at KAWSA CLINIC GROUP SDN BHD' in Bandar Dato'Onn Johor. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our busy healthcare facility. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for healthcare administration and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming and registering patients, and scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Assisting healthcare professionals with various administrative tasks
  • Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, organised and well-stocked
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all patients
  • Performing other general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office
  • A friendly, professional and customer-service oriented approach
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting is preferred
  • Certification or qualifications in medical/healthcare administration would be an advantage
