Klinik Union Medic (Mount Austin) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our healthcare facility.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming and registering patients.
  • Assisting medical staff with various patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and providing basic medical support.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Ensuring the clinic's cleanliness, organisation, and proper stock levels of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Handling telephone inquiries and scheduling appointments.
