Job Description

The RPA Lead is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise RPA ecosystem.

This role provides leadership, governance, and technical direction across all automation initiatives, ensuring high availability, compliance, and performance of bots used across Finance, HR, and other core business functions. The RPA Lead will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure reliable service delivery, timely resolution of incidents, and effective management of enhancements and releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day‑to‑day RPA operations across Production, Staging, and Development environments, ensuring high stability, security, and SLA performance.
  • Oversee the design, enhancement, and governance of automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, audit controls, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Govern end‑to‑end incident, problem, and change management processes, including troubleshooting, RCA completion, corrective action implementation, and recurring issue mitigation.
  • Plan and manage release cycles, including deployment validation, regression testing, controlled rollout, and production readiness, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Monitor bot schedules, system logs, credential cycles, and platform health, ensuring adherence to internal controls, security policies, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with business units, process owners, IT operations, and vendors to resolve issues, prioritize enhancements, and maintain clear and timely communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing automation workflows, enhancing bot resilience, and reducing manual intervention.
  • Lead platform safeguarding activities, including upgrades, patching, environment optimization, and integration readiness assessments.
  • Maintain strict documentation standards for PDDs, SDDs, support guides, and knowledge repositories to enable consistent, repeatable, and compliant support processes.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and skills development for RPA developers and analysts, fostering a high‑performance support team.
  • Prepare SLA reports, operational dashboards, incident summaries, and improvement recommendations for governance and management review.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance frameworks, security guidelines, audit requirements, and industry‑standard RPA best practices.
