Senior Hyperautomation Analyst

This role will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, designing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that go beyond traditional RPA, incorporating AI, machine learning, and other advanced technologies to optimize end-to-end business processes. This role will lead automation initiatives, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver significant efficiency gains and enhance customer experience across the bank.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Functional:

• Lead the identification and assessment of complex business processes for hyperautomation opportunities, considering feasibility, benefits, and strategic alignment.
• Architect and design end-to-end hyperautomation solutions leveraging a combination of RPA, AI (e.g., NLP, OCR, Computer Vision), machine learning, and other intelligent automation tools.
• Develop comprehensive technical design documents and solution blueprints for complex automation initiatives.
• Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of robust and scalable hyperautomation solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.
• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of automation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, process owners, IT teams, and vendors to define project scope, gather requirements, and manage expectations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior RPA/Automation developers and analysts.
• Establish and maintain automation standards, guidelines, and best practices within the organization.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed automation solutions, identify areas for optimization, and implement necessary enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement in our automation methodologies and explore new and emerging hyperautomation technologies.
• Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot projects to evaluate the feasibility and value of new automation technologies.
• Ensure proper documentation of automation solutions, processes, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to the development of the bank's overall automation strategy and roadmap.
• Present automation proposals and progress updates to stakeholders and management.

Organizational:

• Contribute to the overall success of the Hyperautomation CoE by supporting the implementation of the bank's hyperautomation strategy.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives to promote RPA adoption across the organization.

Jobholder Requirements:

• Education/Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in RPA development and implementation, with a strong understanding of hyperautomation concepts and technologies.
• Deep expertise in at least one leading RPA platform (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and demonstrable experience integrating it with AI/ML capabilities.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex automation projects with significant business impact.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience applying them to automation use cases (e.g., intelligent document processing, predictive analytics).
• Experience with various technologies such as scripting languages (e.g., Python, VB.NET), databases (e.g., SQL), APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
• Certification/Licensing Requirements: Professional certifications in RPA tools or methodologies (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional) are advantageous.
