Job Title: RPA Technical Lead (Automation Anywhere)

Competencies and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Experience: 8–10 years of overall IT experience, including 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere (AA).
  • Certifications: Relevant professional certifications in RPA or Automation Anywhere are highly advantageous.

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Expertise in Automation Anywhere (A2019 or later versions) including bot development, control room management, and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of RPA project lifecycle, including infrastructure setup, governance, workflow design, development, testing, and hypercare.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, especially in automation and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in scripting, debugging, and troubleshooting RPA solutions.
  • Familiarity with database systems, Windows/Server environments, and integration with enterprise applications.
  • Experience managing CoE practices, defining coding standards, and enforcing compliance across multiple automation projects.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and mentoring skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7, RM8,000.00 per month
