The
Manager Corporate Transformation – RPA Developer
supports the digital agenda of corporate functions through driving automation initiatives and using technology to develop innovative solutions that directly impact business processes.

Make an Impact by:

Scope, develop and deploy Power Platform solutions

• Automation Development:
  Design, build, and implement automation workflows using Power Platform to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Solution Design:
  Work with business stakeholders and analysts to identify opportunities for process automation. Design RPA solutions that address business needs, ensuring scalability and longevity.

• Integration:
  Integrate Power Automate with a wide range of enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services, including Microsoft 365 apps (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), third-party systems, and APIs.

• Process Optimization:
  Continuously improve automated workflows by identifying areas for optimization, improving performance, and ensuring error handling and logging mechanisms are in place.

• Testing and Validation:
  Perform rigorous testing and validation of automated processes to ensure they operate correctly and meet defined business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automations.

• Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:
  Create detailed documentation for workflows, automation processes, and system configurations. Provide knowledge transfer and training to end-users and other team members.

• Monitoring and Maintenance
  : Monitor the performance of automated processes and ensure they remain functional and efficient. Provide support for troubleshooting and addressing operational issues related to automation solutions.

• Collaboration and Support:
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT, and operations teams, to ensure smooth integration and deployment of automation solutions.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Automation, or a closely related discipline.

• Experience 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience in relevant working experience in Power Automate development or any RPA tool.

• Expertise in Power Automate (both Cloud and Desktop).

• Knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, HTTP requests, and connectors to enable seamless data exchange between systems.

• Familiarity with automation best practices such as error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.

• Proficient in UiPath for robotic process automation, with working knowledge of Python, VBA, and core programming principles.

• Professional certifications in Power Platform, UiPath, Tableau, or other relevant technologies are highly desirable.

• Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts, AI-driven tools, and their practical applications in business automation and analytics.

• Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret, analyze, and visualize complex datasets to drive insights and decision-making.

• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value for diverse stakeholders.

• A proactive, innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and staying ahead of emerging tech trends.
