We are looking for a proactive and hands-on RPA Engineer to join our automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of UiPath-based automation solutions from process analysis and design to scripting, testing, and deployment. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in driving digital transformation through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with process owners and solution architects to gather, analyze, and document automation requirements.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath, ensuring alignment with defined business logic and best practices.
  • Manage the full automation lifecycle, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of existing bots.
  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and release management for all automation projects.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for automation enhancement and scalability across business units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, preferably with UiPath as the primary tool.
  • Proven experience in analyzing business processes and translating them into automated workflows.
  • Open for local citizen only.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles, architecture, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Excel automation, web automation, APIs, and SQL.
  • Solid knowledge of exception handling, error recovery, and workflow optimization.
  • Experience using version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with Agile or iterative software development methodologies.
  • Scripting experience in C# or VB.NET is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
