Our products prioritize comfort, flexibility, and inclusivity, available across 100 consignment outlets in Malaysia. The brand aims to improve everyday life with a diverse range of products for all ages. Below are some of our marketplace shop:

Job Description:

  • E-Commerce Marketplace Management: Handle product listings, visuals, descriptions, pricing, shop decoration, and database maintenance across assigned marketplaces.
  • Inventory & Order Fulfillment: Monitor stock levels, manage replenishments, process online orders, and coordinate fulfillment support.
  • Campaign & Promotion Execution: Prepare for launches, activations, and live sales; update product details, adjust pricing, and ensure timely execution of promotional plans.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Utilize marketplace tools, track sales performance, and provide monthly reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance through email, chat, or phone.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring every issue is resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Order and Return Management: Manage orders, returns, and exchanges with precision, delivering a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  1. One year of experience in this field will be preferred.
  2. Able to speak/read/write in BM, Chinese, English is preferred.
  3. Had experience in customer service field is advantage.
  4. Familiar with e-commerce platform is a plus.
  5. Know basic in Microsoft Office/ Excel/ Adobe Illustrator/ Canva
  6. Able to work under a fast-paced environment.. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Careful and mindful personality, willing to ask and learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
