Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat support related to electronics products
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem.
  • Assist with installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of products.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to higher-level support teams as needed.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Experience in electronics/appliance industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in BM, English or Mandarin.
