Full job description

  • Data entries of accounting transactions (invoices, bills, claims, payments, and receipts) into accounting software, Autocount & E-invoice.
  • Bank reconciliations and journal preparation and posting for accounts closing.
  • To handle a full set of accounts.
  • To prepare management accounts and reports (including statutory financial reports, tax computation, reporting packages, cash flow statements, regulatory returns, and related schedules.
  • To liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, government bodies, suppliers, and internal clients/other departments.
  • To prepare financial forecasts/projections.
  • To analyze financial information using Excel to calculate various ratios, percentages, and averages.
  • In charge of petty cash and petty cash record (if required).
  • To read and summarize accounting standards, Company Acts, and legal documents when required/requested.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma majoring in Finance/Accounting or professional accounting qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and any computerized accounting packages.
