Job Description

  • Handle daily invoicing tasks including preparing, issuing, and recording invoices.
  • Verify billing details, customer information, and transaction records for accuracy.
  • Assist in data entry and filing of accounting documents.
  • Maintain proper record-keeping for invoices, receipts, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with sales, accounts, and customers regarding invoice matters.
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed (photocopying, mailing, etc.).
  • Ensure timely completion of invoicing to meet company deadlines.
  • Monitor and update invoice logs to support monthly reporting.
