Job Description:

  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative to support our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general administrative duties, including data entry of invoices and logistic orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Key in invoices accurately into the system
  • Input and manage logistics orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients when necessary
  • Perform general administrative support duties as required

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry software
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in logistics or invoicing is an advantage (added advantage, but it is not a requirement)
  • Minimum SPM qualification. Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is an added advantage
