• Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
• Own BJAK's brand identity across all platforms — from tone to typography.
• Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visuals and messaging.
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns that connect with users and drive growth.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, product, and more.
• Creative Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators.
• Set a high standard for creativity, execution, and quality under tight deadlines.
• Review and approve creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Foster a collaborative, high-ownership culture within the creative team.
• Execution & Optimization
• Build and manage creative workflows balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
• Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams to execute key campaigns.
• Use data to iterate, optimize, and scale high-performing creative.
• Stay updated on industry and creative trends to keep BJAK relevant and fresh.
• Care deeply about storytelling, brand building, and visual clarity.
• Are hands-on, fast-moving, and obsessed with quality and execution.
• Lead teams confidently while remaining willing to roll up your sleeves.
• Work well under pressure and ambiguity without needing a playbook.
• Own projects end-to-end and drive for impact, not just completion.

*What You Bring*

• 4–6 years in creative, brand, or design leadership, ideally in a fast-moving brand or agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns.
• Deep understanding of design, branding, and digital content strategy.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and providing actionable, inspiring feedback.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and production workflows.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.
