About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to lead the Provider Management Section. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare providers from evaluation and onboarding to performance monitoring, service quality, and operational improvements.

This is a key operational leadership role for someone who can manage stakeholders, guide a team, and ensure providers consistently deliver high-quality services across our national healthcare programmes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead provider evaluation, documentation review, and pre-contracting processes.
  2. Oversee onboarding, training, and operational readiness of contracted providers.
  3. Monitor provider performance and ensure compliance with service standards.
  4. Resolve operational issues and support continuous service quality improvement.
  5. Track KPIs, prepare operational reports, and support audits & ISO compliance.
  6. Supervise and guide the Provider Management team in daily operations.
  7. Improve workflows, SOPs, and internal processes for better operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Management, or related fields.
  2. 5–7 years' experience in healthcare operations, provider management, network/contract management, or quality/compliance roles.
  3. Minimum 3 years leading or supervising a team.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports and interpret performance trends.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
  6. High integrity, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.

Added Advantage

  1. Experience working with clinics, hospitals, or healthcare service providers.
  2. Knowledge of ISO standards, audits, or compliance requirements.
  3. Experience in programme or project management.
  4. Understanding of operational risk management.
