JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation, logistics, and supply chain management, along with deep knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS). This role focuses on understanding customer needs, developing customized solutions, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding Customer Needs: Identify and analyze customer requirements and challenges within their transportation and logistics operations to tailor effective solutions.

Solution Sales: Present customized TMS solutions that align with specific customer business goals and operational needs.

Building Relationships: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both potential and existing customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.

Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation, to successfully closing deals.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the Logflows TMS software, including its features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value to clients.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in transportation and logistics.

Reporting and Analysis: Track, report, and analyze sales performance metrics regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and strategize accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams—marketing, product development, customer support—to ensure smooth sales processes, successful implementations, and high customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in supply chain, logistics, and carrier management; strong sales background preferred.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and their applications in logistics operations.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with supply chain management software and tools.

Demonstrated sales expertise, including lead generation, presentations, and negotiation. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Effective time management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines.

Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Critical thinking focused on delivering end-to-end (E2E) solutions.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

Mandarin proficiency (read, write, speak) for liaising with Chinese-speaking counterparts

Strong communication skills in English.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8, RM9,000.00 per month
