Job Descriptions:

  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and inventory management teams to validate cost data and identify opportunities to optimize cost structures.
  • Develop, implement, and manage standardized cost systems for raw materials, packaging, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of standard costs to reflect current market trends and changes in input pricing.
  • Monitor and analyze variances between standard and actual costs, prepare detailed variance reports, and partner with operations and supply chain teams to drive performance improvements.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and projections for both new and existing products.
  • Support the monthly financial close process through activities such as inventory valuation, cost roll-ups, and variance analysis.
  • Generate, maintain, and present comprehensive costing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for management.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles by supplying precise cost data and analytical input.
  • Uphold compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • More than 3 years' experience in Manufacturing costing is mandatory
  • Knowledge/experience in SAP is an advantage
  • Passional in financial closing in monthly and yearly basis
  • Strong verbal and written communications and presentation skills. Able to convey appropriate information to stakeholder's for decision making.
  • Strong Excel skills - Ability to work with large volumes of data; sort, filter, pivot, summarize, error check, etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
