Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Monitor work progress, ensuring it aligns with project schedules.
  • Able to read Architectural and Engineering drawings and to carry out supervision and monitoring of all construction / installation works.
  • Supervise and control sub-contractors daily work activities, and ensuring material and equipment, personnel and tools are available to perform the works.
  • Provide regular status updates and address concerns and issues that may arise during construction.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment on procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Preparing the necessary paper work or project related documentation regarding construction site or activities.
  • Supervise subcontractors and workers with the objective of completing the project on time as well as meets the quality and profitability of the project as according to specification.

Qualifications:

  • SPM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3- 5 years related working experience in the construction field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Other Requirements:

  • This position is based in Serdang, Kedah, candidate must be willing and able to work at this location.
  • Possesses a valid motorbike licence (Class B2).
  • Able to work in challenging environments, including forest reserve project areas.
  • Preferably local candidates from Serdang or Junjong.

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
