Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role located in Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction and design projects. Key responsibilities include cost estimation, cost management, cost control, monitoring progress, and preparing detailed cost reports. The role also involves conducting feasibility studies, measuring materials, and ensuring budget adherence while collaborating closely with project teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
  • Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, measurement, and evaluation
  • Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
