Responsibilities:
- Admin paper works.
- Manage staff recruitment, staff claim, OT claim.
- Correspond with supplier.
- Correspond with HQ Admin/Account staff.
- To assist Account daily accounting data entries and other assign task.
- Maintain proper filing of account documents for record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Perform customer billing in time.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 - 3 years of working experience in related field in the related field is require for this position.
- Well organised with strong attention to details.
- Working knowledge of MS office.
- Proficiency in English and Malay speaking, proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
