Sales Executive

Sabah, Malaysia HH HOME HOTEL SDN. BHD. Full time 60,000 - 80,000 per year

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales or corporate business development.
  • Knowledge in on/offline business.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Willing to travel for sales calls and events as needed.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese to meet business needs.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maximize revenue goal as targeted.
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with existing corporate accounts and actively sourcing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct daily sales visits, client entertainment, and hotel inspections.

  • To organize and arrange familiarization trips (FAM trips) for corporate clients.

  • To conduct telemarketing activities to identify new accounts.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Liaises with operational departments to ensure guest's requests and expectations are being met.
  • Prepares and distributes Events Orders to relevant department in a timely manner.
  • Maintains accurate and well-organized records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations.
  • Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
