Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular in-person visits.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions by presenting products and services effectively.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meeting clients, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Work closely with the inside sales and marketing teams to generate and follow up on leads.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on service delivery and resolving issues promptly.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven field sales experience (preferably in IT solutions or B2B sales).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with good time management and self-motivation.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6, RM10,000.00 per month
