Job Description:

Production :

  • Monitor and ensure production operations achieve set targets
  • Provide feedback on quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency and maintaining good housekeeping
  • Ensure the safe and proper use of plant equipment
  • Prepare and update daily and monthly performance reports
  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and adhere to company standards
  • Perform other assigned duties to support production efficiency

QC :

  • Ensure the Quality Control (QC) team adheres to approved ISO standards and Method or Technical Specification
  • Develop and review the Project Quality Program documentation, including manuals, work processes, and quality record reporting aligned with project management requirements.
  • Provide QC statistics and activity reports to the QC Manager on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all production teams comply with the established Document Control system.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis for site-level Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring corrective and preventive actions are acceptable and NCRs are approved prior to input into the Quality Management System (QMS).

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Preferably experienced in precast elements and concrete production
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
