In this Role, you'll get to:

* Onsite coordination of training and engagement activities

* Prepare weekly recruitment, team and ER meeting minutes

* Coordination of end-to-end offboarding process such as support in exit interview, email update to Ops team, admin and IT, preparing of acknowledgement of resignation email

* Support on preparing knowledge article such as process flow, step by step system guide

* Support on hiring process such as interview arrangements, candidate screening, onboarding email sent out to trainer.

* Handle background checks, including further verification and reference check

* Handling of Workday issues including supporting Ops team inquiry and coordinating with global SSC team on resolution

* Handling internal movement such as issuing letter, communication to employees

* Supporting employee enquiries on benefits topics, guiding them on system usage and knowledge hub

What you'll Need to Succeed

* Undergraduate from a degree in Human Resources or related field.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

* Self-motivated and possess can do attitude

* Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good administrative and organizational skills.

* Effective communication skills.
