Deskripsi Tugas :

  • Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dan bantu pilih produk sesuai keperluan.
  • Kumpul serta laporkan maklum balas pelanggan kepada Ketua Jabatan dan Team Purchasing.
  • Beri nasihat dan cadangan produk bagi memenuhi kehendak pelanggan.
  • Pantau stok di rak dan maklumkan apabila perlu ditambah.
  • Ikuti latihan produk untuk tingkatkan pengetahuan dan jualan.
  • Pastikan kepuasan pelanggan melalui layanan terbaik.
  • Capai sasaran jualan bulanan dan tahunan syarikat.

Kelayakan :

  • Minimum SPM atau setaraf.
  • Berpengalaman sebagai promoter atau jualan, sebaiknya dalam industri Hardware.
  • Mempunyai pengetahuan asas mengenai produk hardware seperti peralatan rumah, alat ganti, dan bahan binaan.
  • Berkomunikasi dengan baik dan ramah kepada pelanggan.
  • Bermotivasi tinggi, boleh bekerja secara individu dan dalam pasukan.
