Job Descriptions:

  • Assist the company in achieving sales goals and expanding market share in skincare through pharmacy, retail, and event channels.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, beauty advisors, and retail staff to drive JustBcos product visibility.
  • Execute product demonstrations, customer consultations, and in-store promotions to increase awareness and sales.
  • Sales reports, stock updates, and customer feedback to the management team on a timely basis.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as in-store activations, roadshows, skincare workshops, and product trainings.
  • To plan and execute activities such as webinars, CMEs or product trainings with the help of Marketing Dept.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience as a skincare/beauty promoter in pharmacies, retail, or events preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
  • Passion for skincare and beauty., pleasant personality & working attitude.
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
