Job Summary

Support Finance Manager/Senior Manager in preparation and consolidation of group financial reports, budgeting, and related finance functions. Assist in audit, ad-hoc financial analysis, and reporting for both Group and Property segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly group executive summary and performance analysis for Property Segment.
  • Support quarterly board presentations, reporting notes, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in budgeting, budget tracking, and transfer pricing documentation for Property Group.
  • Conduct segmental analysis and liaise with departments to compile budget and board papers.
  • Support annual audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting & Finance or professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, MICPA, or MIA).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Group Accountant role, preferably in listed companies, with 2–3 years in audit (Big 4 preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge in consolidated reporting, statutory reporting, and financial standards.
  • Excellent analytical, Excel, and presentation skills.
  • Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Salary

  • RM6,000 – RM9,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
