JOB DESCRIPTION:


• Perform technical work related to the maintenance, repair, and upgrading of SIRIM facilities, including:

i. Cleaning of building interiors, fixtures, and equipment;

ii. Pest control services including termites, mosquitoes, cockroaches, snakes, rats, civets, and stray dogs;

iii. Office amenities such as floor mats, air fresheners, and hygiene supplies;

iv. Landscaping services;

v. Handling and execution of lifting works and indoor landscaping tasks;

vi. Maintenance of building infrastructure and facilities (civil/architectural).

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Minimum STPM; or

• Minimum SPM with 3 years of relevant work experience; or

• Minimum SPM and SKM (Level 2) in a related field; or

• PMR and SKM (Level 2) with 4 years of relevant work experience; or

• PMR and SKM (Level 1) with 6 years of relevant work experience; or

• Polytechnic Certificate / Diploma in a related field.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


• Ability to read design drawings for buildings, infrastructure, and landscaping.

• Knowledgeable in maintenance and repair works related to building facilities and infrastructure.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in maintenance/supervision in the areas of termite and pest control, landscaping, and building facilities.
