Customer Service Executive (Korean Speaker – Local Malaysian)

Location: Kuala Lumpur / Selangor, Malaysia

Type: Full-Time | Immediate Hiring

We are looking for a Malaysian candidate who is fluent in Korean to join our customer service team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing support to Korean-speaking clients, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, or messaging platforms
  • Assist Korean-speaking customers with product information, account issues, and service-related requests
  • Provide accurate and timely responses while maintaining professionalism and empathy
  • Record customer interactions and update information in the system accurately
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when necessary
  • Assist in translating and interpreting for Korean-speaking clients or documents when needed

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related roles is an advantage (fresh graduates with Korean proficiency are encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patient, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work on shifts or weekends if required (depending on company operations)
