  • Perform daily inspection on all incoming materials by confirming specifications, conduct visual and measurement checking
  • Reject and return all under specification or defective materials to supplier
  • Perform daily In-process Inspection by confirming specifications, conduct visual and measurement checking according to Quality Control Plan and customer's requirement
  • Communicate required adjustments to related parties involved
  • Report to superior for any defects or deficiencies found on WIP or finished products
  • Follow-up closely on corrective action to ensure customer's requirement are met
  • Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising on quality
  • Perform calibration on all measuring tools. Make sure all measuring tools used are all in good condition and able to give accurate and precise measurement
  • Cooperate and implement 5S as instructed by 5S Committee
  • Adhere to Company Policies and Rules and Regulations at all times
  • To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior

Job Requirement:

  • Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role
  • A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems
  • Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO etc.)
  • Good communication skill and exercise good judgement
  • Good team spirit and able to work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
