Job Description:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, project proposals, and business cases to evaluate new ventures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth development and execution of business deals.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Assist in preparing financial models, risk assessments, and reports for business decisions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Mobilize internal teams for resource allocation and successful project execution when needed.
  • Candidates with strong project management backgrounds will be expected to leverage their experience to manage the entire lifecycle of project-based business deals.

Competence: (i.e. Minimum Education, Past Experience, Previous Training Attended or Qualification):

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of business development processes, feasibility studies, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience with full project lifecycles (from feasibility to contract) is an advantage.
  • CAPM certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, project evaluation, and reporting is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
