Key Responsibilities

  • Document Collection and Organization: Setting up standard, policies and reporting requirement for projects delivery and ensure reporting status are accurate. Risk shall also be escalated as early as possible with mitigation measures in place.
  • Document Storage and Maintenance: Implement regular checks to uphold document integrity.
  • Document Version Control: Establish and enforce strict version management protocols.
  • Document Retrieval and Provision: Provide timely and accurate document support to internal teams.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Engage in effective communication with cross-functional teams to enhance coordination.
  • Align on requirements with appropriate tools and applications for optimized efficiency.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Information Management, Archives, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in document management, preferably in data centers or large-scale IT projects, and showcase management of multiple projects at 1 time.
  • Proficiency in popular document management tools like SharePoint and Documentum, along with a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure precise document management.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous
