Position Summary:

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all production-related documents in accordance with company policies and industry standards. This role ensures timely and accurate documentation flow within the production department and supports compliance with manufacturing standards, audits, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


• Maintain and control production documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, batch records, job orders, material usage logs, and inspection reports.


• Ensure that all production documents are reviewed, updated, and approved in line with document control procedures.


• Distribute controlled copies of procedures and instructions to relevant departments and ensure obsolete documents are removed from circulation.


• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of production reports and logs.


• Manage the document archiving system for easy retrieval and traceability.


• Coordinate with Quality Assurance/Control to ensure documentation aligns with quality and regulatory requirements


• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation promptly.


• Train production staff on document control procedures and proper documentation practices.


• Ensure confidentiality and security of production documents and records.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to document control systems and procedures.
