About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our Operations – Oil team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate trade entries, and timely reporting. You will coordinate with internal teams and subsidiaries to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily enquiries and coordinate with other entity to ensure operational sequences run smoothly.
  • Perform daily PO matching and monthly reconciliation.
  • Execute timely updates for complaint forms, reports, and consolidated oil positions.
  • Manage subsidiary Payment Vouchers, sales, and purchase trade entries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of trade entries and reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma holder (preferably in food/science-based industry).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of costing calculations for different packaging.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Team player with willingness to learn.
