About the role

IRDK Land Sendirian Berhad is seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role will be responsible for driving sales and marketing for TSR Conference Hall ( Ballroom ) Event space sales initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to generate new leads and convert them into customers for wedding events and corporate events to full fill the target of sales.
  2. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  3. Representing the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings to promote our products and services
  4. Preparing sales proposals, presentations and other marketing materials to support the sales process
  5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation
  7. Providing regular reports on sales performance and marketing activities to the management team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or property development industry, government, cooperate clients, university/ colleges and etc.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present to and negotiate with clients
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills and social media trending ( TIk TOK,IG & FB)
  5. Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office suite and other digital marketing tools
  6. Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field
